I contacted DK Electrical Solutions to inquire about having an electric attic fan installed to replace the turbine (whirlybird) type that was currently on my roof. They promptly replied to my request and I was able to set up an appointment for someone to come out.On the day of my appointment Brendan and his partner (sorry I never got his name) arrived promptly at 8am and took a look at the job at hand. After evaluating what needed to be done, I got a quote right on the spot. I was happy with the estimate and they got right to work removing the old fan and installing the new one.After the install was complete they cleaned up all trash and debris leaving the area nice and tidy.At the end of the install, Brendan did a courtesy inspection of my electrical service outside of my home and found that the insulation was starting to break down, potentially corroding the wires and getting into the service panel. I am very grateful for that inspection and making me aware of this issue.Overall I am super happy with the customer service I received, the pricing, and the installation. Thank you!

I had Dk Electrical Solutions Inc install an attic gable vent fan in my home. The process was fairly quick and easy. Be advised, they don't do free estimates but they are easy to work with and usually ahead of schedule as far as arriving for appointment (but they will call you and make sure you're okay with an early arrival!). The only eeal issue I had was the warranty on the equipment (the fan/parts, etc.). There is no real warranty paperwork, just the installation instructions that come with the fan. That little "manual" has a number on the front page and that identifies your particular unit. I was told to keep that instruction paperwork so that I'd have that ID number if the fan ever needed service. My issue is that nowhere does it say what the actual warranty is (length of years, what's covered, etc.). I think that the installers should have been able to input that ID number into their computer and have it added to my account so that they also have it if I ever need service in the future. That is my only issue with the service from Dk Electrical Solutions Inc. Overall, they did a great job from the super friendly lady I always spoke to on the phone to the guys who did the estimate and installation. 3 thumbs up to Dk Electrical Solutions Inc.

I called DK for a slight flickering of my lights, and the occasional breaker getting thrown by multiple appliances. Figuring it just needed some rebalancing or maybe at most an extra circuit put in.I'm going to post what DK discovered from their invoice below so you can have an idea of what they encountered when they got to testing the wiring:"Split up one circuit currently powering 34 separate things on one circuit into multiple circuits so that the circuitry of the home is laid out closer to the current code standard. Currently there is one 20amp circuit powering the kitchen counter outlets, the dining room lights, the kitchen lights, the family room outlets andfireplace, the fridge, the microwave, the gas stove, the living room and bathroom lights, and the bathroom outlets."Barry and his teammate did a great job. They very clearly outlined the work they intended to do as well as kept me informed the whole day as any new items or changes in plan that had to happen, and kept an eye on saving me as much as he could on an unexpected bill.I feel much safer in my house now that the issues have been dealt with and the service turnaround was incredible. They started the same day they quoted me. When I need electrical work again DK will be the first ones I call.

So DK has done all the electrical work on my new home—removing the knob & tube, setting up proper GFI in the kitchen and bathrooms, custom under- and over-cabinet lighting, kitchen and bathroom lighting/fans, multiple ceiling fans and chandelier installations, smart dimming switches, setting up Ethernet ports in some rooms, special outlets for kitchen appliances and basement sump pump, installing two camera doorbells at the front and back doors, and even and emergency removal/fix on an old piece of wire in the basement that started smoking. I’ve contracted them to do so much in my ~150yr old home that I’m probably forgetting a few things, but all the work they’ve done is stellar.They’re a fantastic company! All the electricians have been so professional and helpful, and they’ve always explained the situation to me so I understand what’s going on and can make the right choices. Brendan is a really hard worker and very particular about making sure the work is done right and done well, even if it takes him extra time. He’s handled the majority of the work in my home and I have no complaints about any of his work. And Barry saved my home from a potential electrical fire by removing a very old piece of wire that started smoking. Additionally, their office staff is very kind and helpful. I’m also happy with their prices—electrical work isn’t something I believe in cheaping out on, but I still felt that their prices were fair.I feel so much happier and safer in my new home thanks to the DK team! Excellent work and pricing. We had a problem with an underground electrical conduit that 2 other contractors basically passed on. Derrick came out promptly, assess the problem, submitted a reasonable estimate for the work, and went through the entire repair process. When he dug down to the conduit the problem was worse the he suspected but he came up with the best solution. Fixed the problem and left the site clean. He certainly named the company right.

Great service. Very hard to find a good pool electrician, but these guys know their stuff. Hooked up a fairly complicated set of pumps, filters, lights and water features in half a day. Fair pricing (not the cheapest) but I know my kids are safe when they're swimming. If you need pool electrical done, ask for Barry!

Thought I would share my good fortune in finding DK Electrical Solutions Inc. Because as you know - it's hard to find skilled and reliable electricians. Well, I just met two for sure. I can't speak highly enough about Brendan Kuchinka from DK Electrical Solutions. He came out to install a ceiling fan and was super professional, on-time, courteous and reliable. A week later, the fan was making some weird noises. So, Brendan came back out with his assistant Jarred. This time, they had to take the whole fan apart to discover that the electrical box that was originally installed in our home when it was built was barely screwed into the truss, hence causing the fan to be misaligned and making noise. To make it work correctly, he had to reinstall the electrical box correctly and then put the entire fan back together. Before they left, they called me in to check it out and make sure I was satisfied - which I was! I am so grateful for this experience and I would definitely call DK and ask for Brendan for any electrical needs going forward.

I was VERY pleased with the services provided by DK Electrical Solutions. Brendan installed a light fixture in a walk-in closet, and repaired 2 ceiling fans. He explained to me what needed to be done in a way that made it easy for me to understand. He also went over the price for each service, and gave me a price, upfront, for the completed job. The price was fair.Brendan was very knowledgeable, explaining his findings and corrections/actions taken as he completed the repairs.All in all ... a positive and pleasant experience. DK Electric just installed all new lighting in our basement. He was on time and did a fantastic job. The lighting looks great and it improves the look of our basement. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

We initially called DK Electrical to come out and fix some outlets in our new house that weren't generating any power. Brendan came out the same week, and we realized he could also help us install some new outlets that would help hide the wires for our mounting TVs. He was very professional and informative, explaining to us in layman's terms everything he needed to do, and quoted us a fair price for the jobs. He came back a week later and completed everything quickly and efficiently.As a bonus, Kimmy from the main office was a delight to speak with on the phone. She called with updates to confirm our appointments and also to let us know whenever Brendan was on his way.I would 100% recommend DK Electrial Solutions to anyone looking for electrical work in South Jersey.

Brendan came out to give us an estimate and we appreciated his honesty and professionalism. After receiving several estimates, we chose to have our attic fan installed by DK Electric. Their prices were competitive and fair compared to some others. But their warranty on parts and labor was what really sold us. They were very accommodating, working around our busy schedule. Brendan came back with his crew to perform the installation. They were on-time, professional, completed the job within the expected time-frame, and cleaned up the work space in the attic before leaving. We were very pleased with the quality of the recommended parts and service we received, from start to finish. We have already recommended DK Electric to some of our neighbors.

They were very responsive, came to the house quickly, gave honest feedback about what work actually needed to be done instead of trying to just make more money, and they were made sure to take extra care in being respectful of my home. Very professional and overall pleasant experience. I had a chandelier and brand new recessed lighting installed, and everything was done very quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgable, answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job at installing everything. This is the first time that I have used your business. Your representative, Barry came to my home to repair my timer switch for the outside light. He explained everything to me so that I could understand what he would need to do. He was friendly, professional and got everything done in under an hour! The price was within my budget too!
