Bob was great. He came in did an inspection on my problem, clearly communicated the problem and what was needed to do to fix it. Kept us updated throughout the process and let us know what was going on. Overall great experience would highly recommended him to anyone.

We couldn’t be happier with the work DK Electric did for us. We initially called them for a couple of dead outlets in our kitchen, and Bob came out quickly to troubleshoot. He went above and beyond our expectations, not only addressing the dead outlets issue but also doing a very thorough safety check on our entire house (and helping us move heavy furniture to inspect more outlets!). Our panel was starting to age to the point it was no longer safe, and Bob very thoroughly explained what options were (and was very honest and non-pushy about it). We ended up hiring DK to upgrade our service a couple weeks later, and Bob and George were amazing. They were incredibly nice, self-sufficient, and clean. They explained everything they did in detail and made sure we understood everything before they wrapped up the job. Communication with everyone in the office was wonderful too - super friendly and easy to work with! We highly recommend DK Electric.

So happy with the service from DK and Joe L. So informative, thorough. We had a little arching issue with an outlet and Joe fixed the issue, made us feel safe. Thanks for the quick service! Will definitely be using them again. Had Joe come back for another job. We had our house upgraded from 100 to 200 amp. Also had the inside switches and outlets all redone. We had a dedicated plug for an electric heater for our great room. Again Joe did an amazing job, gave us a couple options on location and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

Bob and George were great! I wanted legacy recessed lighting replaced with LED lights in my kitchen and bath and the wiring done for my Ring doorbell. They did all of it efficiently and neatly. When I wanted to adjust the LEDs to a warmer setting George came back and did it within a 1/2 hour or so. I will say that DK's pricing was a bit high, but I needed it done promptly, I had confidence that DK would do it properly, and I knew that the LED lights aren't cheap.

Bob Edwards from DK Electrical Solutions was a great technician. Bob was personable, knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming with information to help me feel confident in his explorations and comfortable with his expertise, prior to accepting the bid. Bob installed 2, 20amp breakers, one for a double 110v outlet for a basement freezer & refrigerator and one for a single dedicated NEMA 5-20 110v outlet for a freeze dryer. DK Electrical Solutions provided by a detailed full home electrical safety inspection and Bob had a few minor findings to improve my home and offered quotes should I want to make those improvements in the future. The installation took about 2.5 hours, Bob left my basement cleaner than it was and he wore clean boot covers when he came in and removed them each time he stepped out, which I loved !! Communication from the front office staff in the phone to Bob in person was stellar! The Price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, the confidence and knowledge DK Electrical Solutions presented won them my business, the quality and proof of solid work has won over a customer for life! Bob was professional and friendly. He arrived when we were told he would and wore shoe covers. He was very thorough and explained our options for the lighting fixture. He also completed an electrical assessment and explained his findings. He made recommendations for possible work to maintain safety. We appreciated the time he took with us.

This was my first experience with DK ELECTRICAL. I called yesterday with my problem ( Thursday) , scheduled for an appointment (Monday), and was called again this morning with an offer to take the appointment today due to another’s cancellation. I was thrilled!! My technician, Joe Linarello was on time, texted with photo ID before arrival, very professional and I appreciate that he put shoe coverings on, and was able to fix my issue promptly. We also discussed the possibility of replacing my electrical panel in the near future, and Joe gave me excellent pricing and much needed updated safety features with the installation. I had new outlet run for my new electric fireplace in my tv room. It was run directly from the breaker panel to the outside wall in my den. It included a new 20 amp breaker going to a 20 amp quad outlet behind the unit. Joe and his coworker did a great job. Clean and neat and above all quickly done. I couldn’t be happier. I have used this company at least 4 other times. Always professional and courteous.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Bob from DK Electric Solutions who done some work in my home yesterday. What an amazing and knowledgeable young man. Not only did he explain exactly what was needed, this guy went way above and beyond what he needed to. And my guy stayed late (no extra cost) to make sure we were good. Even missed the kids parent teacher conference. Lol His wife made it tho. During these times when customer service seems to be out on the back burner, it’s extremely satisfying to see a company that prides itself on making sure the customer is a happy. They for sure have my future business.

Dk replaced our whole fuse box and also replaced our baseboard heaters . Service was excellent and they were extremely clean and efficient. I always believed you get what you pay for and that’s the truth with this company. I highly recommend them for all electric needs .

Bob was amazing! He was patient and took the time to explain all of his findings. I had a small list of electrical odds and ends for him to do and he had them completed within the hour. (Improperly grounded outlets and switches, replacing electrical panel switches, etc.)

I'm not a guy that likes to know how the sausage is made, I like techs and companies that come in, find problem, fix problem, without explaining what they are doing every step of the way. I really don't care, and I also have no idea what they are talking about most of the time. I'm a grocer, and an operations guy. Not an electrician. DK and Joe are perfect if you are like me and too busy to have someone explain something to you that you either don't have the need to retain or care. 5 stars...
